WHAT IS MINI BONSAI?
Mini-bonsai is small bonsai of which the largest can be put on a lady's hand and the smallest can be put on a baby's hand. (Small bonsai can be known as shohin-bonsai or mame-bonsai but we call them mini-bonsai.)Ordinary bonsai is as big as a man can hold with his two hands, and the size of mini-bonsai is just a twig of an ordinary bonsai. But they still have seasonal interests, flowers, and fruits, and show their age, just like ordinary bonsai. People tend to think 'bonsai is difficult', but such feelings are changing due to the mini-bonsai's casual aspects, (pretty and easy).
Every one can enjoy mini-bonsai.But on the other hand, many people still don't know that mini-bonsai exist, so I hope this blog will give you the chance to discover the beauty of mini-bonsai, and guide you on your journey in mini-bonsai.
Start early and keep longer
In contrast with most other pot plants, the joy of bonsai is in keeping trees in tiny pots over a long period of time. It would at first glance appear to be difficult to keep them in such small pots, but in reality the pots also tend to limit the growth of the trees as their roots are unable to grow freely in such a confined space. So, without any complicated care, these trees will gradually start to exhibit their natural shapes on a small scale within the bounds of the miniature pots. The longer you keep the trees in the pots, the manifestation of the roots stretching out along the ground, the texture and patterns of the bark, the tiny flowers and resultant fruits and berries become more real and touching. This is why we recommend that you start creating bonsai early and keep them longer.
Characteristics of mini-bonsai
1. Anyone can enjoy it but it is still profound
2. Variety of the types and charms of the trees
3. Doesn't require a large space
4. You can care for them anywhere
5. You can easily enjoy matching pots to trees
6. You can use them to decorate any space
Small green plants ... this tiny hobby will add interest to your everyday life. Caring for a tree may sometimes result in flowers or fruits, and additionally, you can feel the charm of the passing seasons.
